This large fully air-conditioned beach-side home with central courtyard is a great layout for families with 5 big bedrooms including a fantastic kids bunk room/self contained studio with own entrance. It's a perfect house for 2 families! Everyone can come together in the relaxed living areas & outdoor entertaining spaces or alternatively enjoy their own private spaces. This holiday home is for those wanting a relaxed beach holiday.
The property is set in a u shape giving each bedroom quiet and privacy away from the main living area. There is 1 king size master bedroom with private ensuite. Another 2 x king size bedrooms and 1 x queen size bedroom share a generous bathroom and separate toilet. There is a huge kids bunk room with 2 x double beds and 2 x single beds. Plenty of bedding and space for families. Kids can enjoy the great bunk room with its own smart TV, bathroom, kitchen with fridge & microwave & fans. You will hardly know they are there!
The living areas are generous and very functional - plenty of room for kids and adults. The large and very functional kitchen is perfect if you want to cook at home. The undercover BBQ and outside eating area is simply perfect after a day on the beach!
There's an outdoor shower for getting the salt & sand off!
Barney's is a relaxed, functional beach house - the perfect base for building happy memories with friends and family.

We had a great stay! The house is only a street back from the beach, which is beautiful!
The house is really spacious, great for our holiday with extended family, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach – BBQ, outdoor entertaining area, generous kitchen and good sized bedrooms. The property is close to all amenities you need on holiday (especially Suffolk Bakery – a must!) and a short drive into Byron.

We had a fantastic stay at Suffolk Park. House is right by the beach, it’s spotlessly clean and as described. We had a number of small children and it was perfect for adults and children alike! Thanks so much we would love to come back!

Barney’s is an incredible house with a location to die for. Just a minutes walk from the beach with a full hot water outside shower for after your swim. The place is huge and the hosts are very accommodating. Highly recommend!
