Casa Sunburst is a beautiful beachfront villa, located in a private, gated eco dive resort community. It features it's own private ocean-facing pool, 3 beach facing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy stunning ocean and garden views and miles of sandy beaches from all second floor bedrooms. There are so many unique features throughout this villa and property, you are sure to be impressed; artifacts, monuments, paintings to name a few! Enjoy the convenience of a water purification system throughout, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a grill, wi-fi, washer dryer, solar power, and onsite managers that are available for chef service (at your request, for an additional fee), housekeeping, airport shuttles and any needs that may arise.
Enjoy the relaxing sound of the surf and nature while soaking up the Caribbean sunshine from the pool or beach loungers. The resort offers spectacular snorkeling and diving from its onsite dive shop. Also enjoy the convenience of the restaurant, bar and beach side shared pool.
The Palmetto Bay community sits on 150 acres and provides 24-hour security, there is a fabulous palapa dock which is perfect to do yoga, enjoy morning coffee, or just swing in a hammock and relax while you listen to the surf. It's also a great starting point to swim out to the reefs, or line fishing. The property is uniquely surrounded by a protected nature preservation and is home to many wild parrots, agouti, butterflies and more! There are many mature fruit
bearing trees. They include; varieties of mango, papaya, coconut, cashew, banana, lime, pineapple, noni, almonds, soursop. Palmetto is just minutes from shopping, attractions and the signature Pete Dye golf course, Black Pearl.
The home offers three queen size private bedrooms and two full baths (not including the outdoor shower), a full kitchen and dining room with a wrap-around porch perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Boasting high ceilings, several ceiling fans and a constant trade breeze, lush surroundings. With the alluring views of the jungle and the tranquil blue waters, this is beach-side living at its best!
Please note Casa Sunburst is the guest house on the west portion of the property. The main house is for private owner use only, you will have the entire property privacy to yourselves.
