Positive: The camp is beautiful and truly authentic — a genuine Bedouin traditional experience. We arrived late on the first day, well after dinner time, but they kindly saved dinner for us and served everything warm and fresh even two hours after the official dinner had ended. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The tents are very clean, and everything in the camp is well organized and maintained. They offer great tours at very reasonable prices. We went on a full-day jeep tour and saw absolutely everything — even more than expected. Abu Sami was our guide, and he even took us to a nearby village so we could buy the fruit we wanted. On the second day, they also organized a camel tour for us. All compliments to the team — they truly provide an authentic experience and a memorable stay that we will never forget.
