The apartment is on the 12th floor, offering a direct view of the sea with a beautiful open panorama. The balcony gives you sweeping views of the Corniche and the Mediterranean. The building is modern and clean, with a well-maintained lobby, two elevators, and 24-hour security.

It’s also a very nice place for walking and exploring.
The apartment is also very close to Bir Masoud, one of the most beautiful spots to walk along the sea, and just a few minutes by car to Stanley Bridge, one of the city’s most famous landmarks.
For seafood lovers, Al-Katta’a Fish Market is nearby—famous for fresh, high-quality fish. Parking is available right in front of the building.
For a more relaxed seaside experience, Gleem Bay is just a few minutes by car along the Corniche. The area has cafes and restaurants right on the beach, making it a perfect place to sit, relax, and listen to the waves in the evening.
