In accordance with the Japanese Minpaku New Law, in Japan it is required to submit a guest list for all guests.
Be sure to fill out the necessary information on the accommodation list and attach one copy of your passport copy, driver's license or health insurance card.
Please fill in the form for the guest list from the dedicated link for all guests staying. (The link will be shared after booking is confirmed)
In addition, from October 1, 2018, all guests staying in Kyoto city will be subject to accommodation tax.Please check from the link below.

Once you have all the above, we will send you a check-in manual (Welcome Guide & Key Guide).Check-in information and other useful information are provided.
Check-in is between 4 PM and 9 PM.Our staff are waiting for guests to arrive at the entrance of ENRAKU.In that case, we will hand the key.Please let us know your arrival time by the day.
Check out by 10am.When you return, put your key in the key box next to the entrance.
Also, between 10 pm and 7 am, please do not carry your suitcase nearby.
No smoking inside or outside the guesthouse.
