Relax by the magnesium pool during the day (hardwood decking construction will be complete in August) and warmup around the fire pit at night. Enjoy a glass of red by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room or cook up a storm in the huge, well equipped kitchen with Global knives or make cocktails with plenty of ice via the automatic LG refrigerator.
For those who love to cook low and slow, there is an offset wood smoker on one of the two, covered verandas.
If you love sunshine, you can follow your sun patch from dawn to dusk, with multiple seating and dining areas around the house yard, the pool deck and the two covered verandahs. Please note that the Pool Deck will be completed in early August. The pool can be heated upon request. It is a brand-new magnesium/not chlorinated pool.

There are a variety of fruit and citrus to choose for your breakfast or tea. For coffee lovers, there is a DeLonghi espresso machine and coffee grinder. Basic pantry items including coffee beans are supplied.
If you’re a movie-buff, there is a 65 inch LG OLED, G4 TV with the corresponding LG sound bar. Wi-Fi over Starlink offers excellent download and upload rates.
Please note that in September, one of the couches in the living room will be replaced with a King Living, *Delta Coast lounge that easily converts into a bed (refer photos).
