Summary: The room was very clean and nice, the staff just out of this world, specially Ms Alessandra and Ms Fiorella at the desk,both of them are reaaly proffessional and they know a lot of information on the area where the hotel is, every thing, where are the pharmacies, the optical shops, groceries, markets, everything, they both are very sweet and friendly. The staff working at the dinning area is very nice too.
