Summary: Not worth the money. Staff spoke almost no English and there was little to no information about the hotel available - breakfast, check-in, check out etc. The receptionist firstly, calculated our room rate in SOL from USD using a rate 10% higher than market. When we challenged this she just refused and we frankly had to pay it anyway - for an already very expensive night it was a sting we resented. She then told us the breakfast times completely wrong via Google translate. Breakfast when we did have it was limited and not restocked past 8am. Room by pool on ground floor alseo very noisy from guests and staff and we were woke up at 8:30am by the cleaners cleaning our windows! Place is pretty and very clean but wouldn't stay again for the money
