Positive: The service at the hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly and patient, and they met all of our requests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Additionally, you can see beautiful views of the pyramids from the balcony and enjoy stunning sunsets. It was truly great, and I am very grateful. I highly recommend this hotel
