Positive: The staff was friendly. The view of pyramids is fantastic if you disregard the wrecked buildings near by the hotel. The staff helped to organise city and pyramid tour. The communication was excellent.

Negative: The bathroom was not maintained well. The surrounding area was terribly dirty, Camel and horse poops everywhere. Garbage everywhere. The free internet was terrible. Breakfast was not good at all. They serve the breakfast on the roof and they do not have any air conditioning or enough shelter to protect from sun light. They put all the foods on the tables and they do not have refrigeration and after half an hour all the food starts melting.

Summary: If you are not so picky with cleanleness you can try.
