Summary: Were there for 10 days with another family. Our room was spacious, with partial pool view. Housekeeping (Ahmed) was excellent, including an awesome birthday surprise (co-arranged by hubby). Food was very good, lots of variety every day. The smaller "family" restaurant didnt have any waiting time either. Animation (Wagdy in particular) did a good job all day round, despite the scorching heat. Restaurant staff was attentive, as was everyone else also. Really cant fault anything.
