★ IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION
There is no elevator. Guests must use the stairs to reach the entrance on the 3rd floor and to move between floors. Please consider this carefully if you have limited mobility or will be carrying large or heavy luggage. Airport luggage-delivery services are available.
★ SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the building and around the entrance. It is permitted only on the rooftop, with consideration for our neighbors and proper disposal of cigarette waste.
★ PLEASE NOTE
• The 2nd floor is a dental clinic. Please do not enter unless you have an appointment.

★ CLEANING
Light cleaning will be conducted after every 3 nights; we will remove the trash and change the towels typically between 12 - 4 pm.

If any damage occurs during your stay, notify us immediately to arrange repairs and avoid additional high charges.
★The minimum damage fee starts from 30,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused might be charged additionally.
