Summary: Excellent service, everyone was incredibly friendly and going out of their way to help and ensure we were having a good stay | the resort itself is gorgeous with great architecture and amenities, especially the spa and outdoor heated pool | where the hotel loses is the room itself (we had the panoramic view room) as it's incredibly dated and falling apart.
