Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location with the lake. Attentive staff and management. Good Breakfast included with the rate and the daily free juices are a nice touch. Can attest that this is a actual hotel that wants the best for their guests. Rooms are as advertised, beds, baths are reasonable

Negative: The hotel is new and their contractor did them dirty so there is some lack of finishes in the facilities (no tv, bare walls, door issues- which, in fairness, was resolved quickly). I think that the rate we paid (100 Eur/night) was reasonable value though I think they will have to improve/grow a bit to justify any higher rates; however, given the excellent staff and management, I think it is reasonable to expect that they will improve.

Summary: Actual hotel, attentive staff/mgmt make up any shortcomings associated with this new hotel operation
