Sleeping eight and with brand new appliances, bathrooms and living areas, Lennox Beach Shack is conveniently located in the heart of the village, is only a few steps to boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, and is directly across the road from Seven Mile Beach.
Kick back in the beautifully styled lounge room, enjoy dinner on the large dining table in the separate dining room, or cook up a BBQ on the weber outside on the undercover patio.
There are four bedrooms, all with new carpet, built-in wardrobes, fans and new beds. The master room has a queen bed and ensuite, there is also a twin room, with two single beds and two other bedrooms, both with queen beds. In addition to the ensuite, there is also a main bathroom, with a rainforest shower and a separate toilet. There are block out blinds throughout the house and you cant miss hearing the roar of the ocean in every room.
With ample parking space for three cars under a covered carport, there is also a fully fenced, sizeable back yard that backs directly onto Williams Reserve, where you could either park your caravan or play a decent game of cricket. At the front of the house, theres another, fully fenced yard, offering glimpses of the beach and reminding you just how close you are to everything.
