Summary:
Welcome to our newly renovated studio in the heart of Annandale. This is a completely seperate newly built space with private access through the rear lane - where this also plenty of all day street parking.
With a soaring high ceiling, the living area has a King Living Queen Sofa Bed, Air-Con and a wall mounted smart TV with a luxuriously appointed terrazo tiled bathroom.
While there is no kitchen or cooking facilities we have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The Space:
This is the ideal solo traveller or couples getaway in beautiful Annandale. Our newly built space has been thoughtfully presented and feels spacious thanks to the high ceilings throughout. Set in a quiet rear lane, above the owners garage, you are moments from the heart of Annandale - a highly desirable and sought-after locale for Sydneysiders and visitors alike. Along Annandale's leafy streets you will find many local cafes, boutique shops, restaurants and gift stores alongside local neighbourhood pubs.
The living area is generously proportioned and contains the super comfortable Queen Sofa Bed and an extra Koala armchair (which can be used for a child if needed as it folds out).
The terrazzo tiled bathroom is elegant and spacious also with gold coloured fixtures and fittings throughout.
We have a mixture of mid century decor along with more modern pieces. The kitchen area has a retro looking but modern bar fridge, SMEG kettle and toaster, a microwave and cutlery and crockery for your daily needs.
With stair access only, the property will not suit those with mobility issues. We also do not have laundry facilities on site but you are welcome to use local laundromats in the area for your needs.

Annandale is a superb local gem in Sydney. From it's stunning and varied architecture with a mixture of Victorian terraces and mansions to converted warehouses, there is a lovely atmosphere with tree lined streets, local shops and boutiques to enjoy.
