Summary: Helpful staff but pricy for what you get. Location is nice, staff supwr helpful (a lamp in the room was broken upon arrival but got fixed when I called for have it replaced.) The drain of the bathtub took forever. The room wasn't super clean (stains on the wall next to the bed by the small side table and bathroom curtain stained (mould?) Cleaning staff banging upon the door despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign visible. No smoke room (which was stated on the homepage) but also no smoke space marked on the map by the welcome desk. Check-in easy (both cash and card) and you can pay 1000¥ extra for late check-out at 12 (instead of 10. Super nice!) You don't exactly get what you pay for but you'll have a good location, nice staff and kiosk (Lawson) close!
