In terms of furniture, the large living room is in the centre of the villa with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. The doors open from the living room onto the sunny terrace and the poolside. The dining room opens onto a charming patio at the back paved and a wooden terrace, nestled in the garden and furnished for outdoor meals. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessed through a corridor in the living room. It has a double bed with mosquito nets and an adjoining bathroom. The hallway steps lead to the second bedroom, which has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor, an office is also available but can also be used as a third bedroom for children or teenagers without air conditioning, additional charges may apply.

Outside, you will find a wooden and stone terrace that surrounds the original hand-cut slate pool. It retains the warmth of the morning sun throughout the day and also overlooks the view.

Villa KYODY also has air conditioning in the rooms, WIFI, American satellite television and Spotify music broadcasting. This villa requires a minimum stay of seven nights, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays when there is a minimum stay of fourteen nights. Villa KYODY offers a cleaning service six days a week, except on Sundays and public holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa is rented at full occupancy rates, regardless of the number of rooms used. A swimming pool, gardener, household linen, towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Please note that this villa is suitable for young children.
