Positive: The hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and very close to Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was a good size, and had a lovely view over Tokyo bay. I liked the luggage delivery service to and from the park. Staff at the entrance greeted us politely every time we left or entered. Having a convenience store, bakery, and Disney shop on site was fantastic. The in-room fridge was useful - but note that it has a small dial inside, which may be on 0 when you arrive, it needs turning up to at least 4 to get it nice and cool.

Negative: It's only a minor thing, but the shuttle bus stop at bayside station is shared with another hotel, which made waiting in the line a little confusing - we almost got on the wrong bus one time, and another night saw a very long line, but we weren't sure if the bus would be too busy or not until it actually came. However, the drivers were helpful, and it's easy enough to walk back to the hotel from there (less than 10 mins).

Summary: A very comfortable and convenient stay for Tokyo Disney Resort.
