Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Clean property, very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Location is also great: 2 min from a grocery store and a few restaurants and 10 min from the plaza where tours are dropped.

Negative: A few things could be written/communicated better in the post about the property: 1. Towel is not included and paid apart (very reasonable fee, but it would be nice to have this written in the post so that we are aware) 2. Payment should be through cash (I didn’t know and didn’t take cash, so they accepted card after I said that it wasn’t written). It would also be great to have that informed in advance 3. The room I booked was not specified that it was a dorm or shared bedroom (not in the English version). It was a 2 twin bedroom. When I arrived I was informed it was shared. After I explained to the staff, they didn’t put anyone to share with me. But setting the expectations properly in the post, help to avoid this back and forth.

Summary: Clean, great location and friendly staff. However, needs to improve the details on the post to make things clear
