Positive: Exceptional stay with breathtaking views and total peace. This property is a true gem. From the moment you arrive, you can feel how peaceful and thoughtfully designed the experience is. Being located just outside the city makes all the difference—quiet, calm, and far removed from the noise, yet still close enough to easily access Puno. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Waking up to the views was one of the highlights of the stay—panoramic sights of the city below and the stunning Lake Titicaca stretching out in the distance. It’s the kind of view that makes you slow down and truly enjoy the moment. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. The surrounding natural setting enhances the experience, and the elevated location offers incredible vantage points overlooking the entire city—especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes that felt both comforting and high quality. Just as impressive was the staff: attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you feel taken care of and comfortable at all times. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return.
