Summary: We had the pleasure of meeting the loveliest manager and Captain on our cruise. They truly went the extra mile, and we deeply appreciate the discretion, autonomy, and sincerity they displayed. Under the Captain’s leadership, the entire staff performed exceptionally well, radiating joy and a warm welcome throughout.
