Summary: Staff was great. No one had ever cleaned under the bed. Ever. There was no room for yoga. The toilet broke and they offered me a new room but no one ever came to fix the bidet feature. The washing machine emitted a strange smell but I eventually got used to it. Likewise the trash bin smelled like cat feces. I had to remove it from the room. When I complained to 3 cleaners that the stairway railings were filthy they said: it's not our department. On the plus side it was quiet. The bed, although broken, was strangely comfortable and I slept well.
