Excessive or inappropriate use may result in deductions from the security deposit. In the event of a system failure not caused by the guest, the owner will act promptly to resolve the issue. No compensation is offered unless the system is unusable for more than 48 hours during periods of high temperature. Wi-Fi is included and intended for reasonable and lawful use only.
