Positive: Lovely staff that was very helpful in helping us plan activities, drivers etc. around Aswan, best communication we’ve had in our trip. The rooms offer AC which is a must! Location was good and their restaurant recommendations too! Good value for money and a pleasant stay overall.

Negative: The property is budget friendly and so are the accommodations. If you book a double room (we had a quadruple) make sure you all get along as you will be a little bit on top of one another! The toilets didn’t work very well and neither did the sliding ‘door’ to the bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved.

Summary: A good budget friendly option.
