Positive: All food bfast lunch dinner were catered for. Convenient at least u dont have to dine outside and risk getting scam. Thank you to Redha for being so kind and helping us with our bags. So hard to find nice and good people in egypt.

Negative: Not transparent that the room charges were actually based on no. of pax. So they wanted to charge us usd400 for my daughter but later brought it down to usd175 (tried to scam us) n even after we paid they did not issue any official receipt, he even claimed he gave us an upgrade but put us at the last block 10mins walk from reception and there wasnt any upgrade cause it was e exact room tt i had booked.
