Comfortable room, ideal for 1 or 2 people with private bathroom, 1.35 cm bed. TV. and a small kitchenette with microwave and minibar in downtown Miraflores, the commercial and financial district of Lima, surrounded by parks, banks, restaurants and shopping centers and a 5-minute walk from the Malecón, (a promenade with green areas overlooking the sea), in the nights there are outdoor dance activities, sports and other cultural activities.
I am a professional Tour Guide, retired but still active, I live with my wife who is normally "on horseback" between Spain and Peru. I speak English, German, French and Italian.
The house has 2 floors, the room is on the first floor sharing the entrance with my small tourist office.
Comfortable room, with a large closet, table, TV, international cable, bedding, kitchenette with microwave and mini-bar, crockery, ideal for 1 or 2 people, it is located on the first floor of the house.
