Positive: I'm a bit confused on this one. The room, the location and the food, both breakfast and dinner, were great, the staff was friendly and the tours were very good and well organised, and I even got a free star gazing tour. The room was well heated (it was december) and the shower was hot. Watching the stars from your bed is amazing.

Negative: When I arrived, I was initially placed in a Bedouin tent (deluxe), while I specifically had reserved a bubble room (superior), exactly like they wrote me on WhatsApp. At first they told me the pictures on the site were wrong, and they were going to change that, but eventually they gave me the bubble room, which was very professional. I'm still not sure though if this was an honest mistake or intentional, because the pictures are still there, the names didn't chance, and I wasn't the first one. The guy who drove me back to the visitor center after my stay asked me for my phone to check my booking, and somehow made a 5 star review on my account and on my behalf. This was not only very rude and dishonest, but also completely unnecessary, as I was planning to give them 5 stars anyway. So a word of warning: be wary of the high reviews, especially the ones without any comments, and when you book (it's really a nice place) triple check if what you book is exactly what you want . I'm going to have deduct a star because of this.

Summary: Beautiful place in the desert, but be alert.
