Choose a time slot between 6:00 and 20:00, and decide whether you’d like rooftop or indoor yoga. It feels just like a private lesson at home. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before, if you’re stiff, or if you have knee or back issues. The sessions are completely private, so you don’t have to worry about other people.
