There is an open concept living room with 32" tv with streaming options (Roku, Netflix, YouTube and more), dining area and beautiful kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge!) and a new energy efficient a/c unit in the kitchen.
Additional extras that you are sure to appreciate include a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can drink the water from the kitchen tap and refrigerator (with water/ice maker).
The large balcony is equipped with a tiki bar and plenty of seating with custom-made, comfortable patio sectional furniture. As well as an additional full-size fridge to keep all your favourite drinks nice and cool! A fantastic space for relaxing and entertaining! There is a gas bbq on the lower carport for your grilling pleasure.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed, new energy efficient a/c, private bath, TV with streaming options (Roku, Netflix, YouTube and more) and private balcony with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and comfort.

Electricity costs are high on the island. While it is included in your rate, we kindly ask you to be mindful and conserve energy. Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning units when you're not in the condo. For optimal comfort and efficiency, set the ACs to a temperature between 74-76°F—there's no need to set them to the lowest setting for a cool and comfortable room.
