Summary: It might have been a 4 star hotel in the 90s. But in 2025 it needs major uplift. Having no AC in the corridors was a disappointment as one feels very hot. Then, the carpet in the corridor psychologically makes one feel hot. Lifts are quite small and one was under maintenance. I had to get the shower stopper repaired as it kept falling off. The towels were really old. The bed cover had strange black dirt on it. House keeping were very prompt in changing the bed linen. On the positive side, the staff were very receptive and took care of all issues reported.
