Summary: Just returned from 4 nights Stay in VOCO Osaka and was very impressed by the standard of this Hotel. From checking in, holding luggage, questions about local area and to checking out the staff were polite, friendly and above all professional. Coffee in room is by a capsule machine that makes excellent coffee and an ice bucket which can be refilled via ice machines on every floor. Only downside I felt is that bar drinks were expensive with a beer being ¥2,200 (you do get 10% discount if staying at hotel) when average price in Osaka was below ¥1,000 but I guess to be expected at a hotel bar. Certainly did not put me off this hotel one bit. Hotel has a Family Mart across the street for that all important egg sandwich on way back to Hotel and there is a beautiful public park with award winning rose garden which is worth a stroll around if you have a spare hour. Further more I left my credit card in the room safe and I was contacted the next day to advise me they had found it so I could arrange collection. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka.
