The lower floor is a one bedroom complete with a kitchenette. The second floor is a spacious 2 bedroom 3 bath with a fully equipped kitchen and large living area. Level 1 & 2 can be rented separately to make a 2 bedroom or a self contained 1 bedroom. Combine with the 4th floor studio for an accommodation of 8 in total All floors are connected by an indoor stairwell with private entrances. All levels share a 5th floor sundeck with the best views on Utila.
You will enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all top of the line stainless appliances and hand painted Talavera tile. In addition to the main living room on the second floor, the first floor suite includes a separate living area and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee pot and mini-fridge. The main living area is on the second floor along with two bedrooms, dining and beautiful kitchen. All floors have separate, spacious patios with views of the clear waters of the Caribbean and the blue mountains of mainland Honduras in the distance. All rooms have custom tile floors, air conditioning, cable TV and HIGH SPEED wi-fi. Interior doors and cabinets are masterfully crafted from beautiful, native Honduran hardwood.
