Available over the new year period is our beautiful single level classic Australian cottage in Camperdown. Our house is bright and airy throughout, newly painted with beautiful finishings and has a lovely landscaped backyard.

- Full bathroom with shower and bathtub that looks onto a lovely atrium
- Open plan living/kitchen that looks out onto the garden - renovation kitchen with Bosch appliances
- Outdoors is a sun drench garden, recently landscaped offering a very peaceful and green retreat, with a deck for shade and several sitting spots to enjoy cup of coffee or a meal outside - we have fairy lights draped across the deck for the night time

Set in one of Sydney’s most walkable and vibrant neighbourhoods, Camperdown is in the heart of the inner west and is central to EVERYTHING! Just an 8 minute stroll away is King St the main hub of Newtown filled with restaurants and bars. Opposite the house is Camperdown Oval offering green space, picnic spots and several cafes, The 412 bus goes from the top of our street goes direct to the city, taking 15 minutes, and Newtown Train station is just an 11 minute walk. You definitely don't need a car while staying here!
We will provide a guide with some recommendations for places to eat and see in the local area.
