Positive: The space and the number of rooms. It was clean inside

Negative: It seems to have a plague of flies in the area. When you are cooking or barbecuing the flies get attracted so then you are fighting to get the flies out of your food and utensils. We don’t have peace of mind because flies get on everything . Any containers that are left on the countertops get cover by flies. The flies traps place by owner outside the property smell so bad. They are located basically outside the front door and the smell of these traps are terrible. Sometimes the bad smell front these traps get inside the house. The house gets hot and when you open the windows, dozens of flies get inside like an invasion. We are talking about dozens of flies getting on plates, glasses, and everything that is left on the kitchen. There are not fans/ventilators to help with the heat inside the house and not umbrellas to shelter the guests against the sun in the house’s pool
