The top floor features a large open plan living room with two large balconies that boast spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean towards Wedding Cake Island just off the coast of Coogee Beach. Fully functional kitchen with all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, gas cooking & coffee machine. There is also a large dining table that comfortably seats eight people as well as a powder room & living room.
The middle floor consists of four generous sized bedrooms, laundry room with washing machine & dryer & the main bathroom. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom complete with spa bath & separate shower. Enjoy an afternoon nap or read a book while relaxing on the master bedrooms day bed that overlooks the front manicured gardens.
Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes & a ceiling fan as well as reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. The second bedroom has a desk, while the third and fourth bedrooms share access to a sizeable balcony.
Make your way downstairs to a second TV room/rumpus room that opens out onto the backyard which features manicured gardens, an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor entertainer's kitchen complete with a gas BBQ & bar fridge.
