Summary: We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surco, Lima, and it never disappoints. Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend a hotel that truly defines excellence in customer service and comfort.
