The gated community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. At the entrance, you’ll find a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. From there, follow the dirt road to the main gate of Playa del Carmen.
From the community, you can easily visit Chincha, Pisco, the Paracas Reserve, or Ica—all less than an hour’s drive away.

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
