Positive: We stayed at Jeevan Homestay & Ayurvedic Yoga Retreat for three nights with a group of 12 adults to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Host Jeevan was incredibly welcoming and accommodating — he ensured that everything ran smoothly for our large group and went out of his way to make our stay special. The entire team was warm and attentive, with a special shout-out to Renjith for his exceptional service and friendliness throughout our stay. The property itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and set in a lovely garden atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing together as a family. Many guests have commented on how idyllic and serene the location is, tucked away from busy tourist areas yet still close to the beach — a quiet and restorative escape. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the food, especially the home-cooked Kerala meals, was delicious, which several previous guests have also highlighted. The garden and pool area provided lovely spots to sit and unwind in. Overall, this was a wonderful family stay. The blend of warm service, tranquil setting, and quality food made our celebration even more special. We would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful and hospitable stay in Kovalam.
