Positive: The Hot Springs themselves were great. The water temperature was lovely and being able to dip in the thermal waters in the convenient pool was a bonus! (Though it was often very busy and loud!)

Negative: The service was SHOCKING. From the communication (I messaged and rang multiple times from 3rd (when I booked) - 27th (when we arrived) only to get a reply to my messages on 28th after we were already there … one of the questions was about an airport transfer! The food was BAD - bland, overcooked and expensive The hotel says it is five star - but they couldn’t organise a cake or a fruit platter or a towel folding or a note in our room for a birthday. The only thing they offered was to put balloons in the space for 120 USD - no thanks! EVERYTHING was too much trouble. An extra towel after we’d been in the springs, a new robe because yesterdays was still wet, even getting a new remote for the TV because ours didn’t work (the new remote never came). Having to ask 4 times for our key card to be reprogrammed before it actually worked … up to the room, down to reception, up to the room, down to reception, up to the room, down to reception, up to the room, down to reception, up to the room - had to be let inside by housekeeping!! Spa treatments were EXTORTIONATE
