Positive: The staff were very kind and attentive. They genuinely cared about guests and were willing to help resolve any issues. Mornings can be quite busy, especially around 9 AM, so it’s helpful to follow up if you’re waiting for something. Breakfast was good. While there weren’t many options, the quality was nice and satisfying. The room was clean and decent, which made the stay comfortable. I did experience one issue regarding early check-in. I had requested check-in between 8–9 AM (the standard check-in time is 3 PM) and received approval before arriving. However, when I arrived, no rooms were ready, and I had to wait in the lobby for about an hour and a half, checking back and forth with the front desk. I felt it would have been clearer to say “subject to availability” rather than giving full approval. That said, the team eventually resolved the situation, and I appreciated their effort—especially considering how early my request was compared to the official check-in time. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would consider staying there again.
