Resort in La Molina, La Riviera De Monterrico
Located in a quite and beautiful place from Lima; the neigbordhood is located in a private zone, green, near to cafes, malls, restaurants, golf, universities, supermarkets, banks, cashier machines, gas, laundries, currency exchange houses and whatever you need to feel as at home. My family is short; my son and i We are quite and enjoy to meet people from other cultures. My son is 15 and loves tecnology, he goes to school all mornings, well educated. I work in RE. We both speak a little english and italian. The house has people always, some of them are tenants for months. We live in the house and they in small apartments in the garden, very independent. The rooms and am renting are into the house. it is full furniture, has one bathroom in suite and other one to share with one guest only. the house has hot water, wifi, kitchen, garden, bbq and garage Please, leave everything clean and if you broke something you must to pay for it.
This room is a big room for one or two persons, there is possible to have a double bed or two singles bed. It has a large bathroom in suite, closet and it is located in second floor with wiuw to the street.
